The IBM® Digital Health Pass Wallet allows you to manage, store and share your personal health information verifiable digital credentials, for example, for COVID-19 vaccination records and test results. You control your personal health information. Determine what you share, with whom, and for what purpose. The publication of this app has been supported for use in facilitating safe return to workplace activities by a US government entity.
Participating pharmacies, labs or providers can provide your test results or vaccination status as a secured verifiable credential. You can then voluntarily share with a participating organization using a simple QR code. The organizations will scan the QR codes to verify the data.
We are in the process of expanding the network of labs and providers that issue verifiable credentials into IBM® Digital Health Pass Wallet. You will be directed by a participating business (for example: employer, airline, venues) to obtain a digital health credential such as IBM Digital Health Pass, SMART® Health Card, Good Health Pass or EU Digital Covid Certificate. Future IBM® Digital Health Pass Wallet releases will allow you to upload additional types of credentials.
