The Device Pulse Application provides users served by TracFone’s brands the following:
– Instant Brand Recognition.
– Ability to troubleshoot their device, via a Branded Chatbot portal in Contact Support.
– Ability to see their device IMEI, SIM number, and Phone Number, all in one screen.
– Examine various device hardware properties.
– Examine the software version, and security patch information.
