ArriveCAN now includes the new, optional Advance CBSA Declaration feature for travellers arriving at selected Canadian airports. Use ArriveCAN to complete your optional Advance CBSA Declaration to answer customs and immigration questions up to 72 hours in advance of flying into Canada. At the border, simply review and certify your declaration. Using ArriveCAN’s optional Advance CBSA Declaration feature can save you time and provide a faster border experience.
Travellers with a right to enter Canada, such as Canadian citizens, Canadian permanent residents and persons registered under the Indian Act, will not be denied boarding of their flight or entry to Canada if they do not use ArriveCAN, but may be required to test on day 1 and day 8, quarantine for 14 days, and face fines.
